Carthage

The boys loved walking through Carthage Jail. Bradley and Blake thought it was neat to see the bullet holes and the window where Joseph Smith fell out. Bradley and Blake were willing to stand behind the bars for a picture but Ty was freaking out thinking I was actually going to leave him. Any information we could read to the boys they wanted us to......that is until they saw 2 huge squirrels that they started chasing. I am so glad we were able to stop here on our way to New York.

Nauvoo

To break up the long drive from Colorado to our new home in New York, we decided to stop in Nauvoo.

Tyler just loved finally being out of the car.

Back to School

Bradley & Blake are starting second grade which I find hard to believe.

Keeping up with tradition we had to have pictures taken.

Bradley is not very happy and just wants to be done.

California Family Reunion 2009

The best part of this week was just haning out with Family. We played at the beach,
went to a baseball game, Disneyland, had great food, and made great memories.
Boat ride in the Bay by Balboa - Max, Blake, Bradley!

Kayla and Blake waiting for a Balboa Bar.

Tyler and I lasted half day at Disneyland. Good thing Uncle Sean was there to save the
day; Bradley and Blake stayed with him the rest of the day.

Spring Soccer

May 2009
Bradley and Blake had their last Spring Soccer game.
Including the boys, there were a few other boys that were really serious about playing
and they did great together.
Unfortunately there were still some boys on the team that would
tumble, dance, and finally just sit on the field because they did not want to play.
It was also fun to have Adelaide's game on the next field. We were able to cheer her on as
she dove to save the ball.

Fathers and Sons

The boys were so excited for the Fathers and Sons Camp Out which,
at the last minute, Spence was unable to attend.
We were so lucky that a neighbor was brave enough to take 2 extra boys up.
Thanks to the Latteiers, Brad and Blake had a great time.

Blake loved fishing!

Bradley loved just being in the outdoors!

A Birthday Celebration

How can we forget how exciting a birthday is when we are kids.
Bradley and Blake had been counting down for quite sometime and I hope it was worth the wait.
I made sure I decorated their room with balloons, signs, and streamers.
At school they decided they wanted me to bring donuts to their class.
After school Brad and Blake were able to follow the map to find their present
which was a new bike.
Even Tyler needed to get in on the action and found a present to unwrap.
